AUGUSTA, Ga. – T.W. Josey High School’s teacher of the year could soon lose his job after he helped his son shoot a profanity-laced rap video in his classroom.

School officials discovered the “No F****” video on Tuesday, though it was recorded in November in the classroom of English Language Arts teacher Benjamin Isaac. It features Isaac’s 19-year-old son Nigel Isaac, also known as OP4, as well as several underage students who signed releases to participate in the production, WFXG reports.

The video centers on all of the “f****” OP4 doesn’t give, and included footage of the school’s cheerleader and band uniforms, depictions of sex acts, illegal driving on downtown Augusta streets, drinking, a bathtub full of cereal, the rap crew destroying computers and other property, as well as other antics. OP4 contends his father received permission from school officials for the video, but the district disagrees, The Augusta Chronicle reports.

“The video was shot without permission, on school property, without prior approval and in violation of board policies,” Richmond County School System spokesman Kaden Jacobs wrote in an email to the news site. “ … We are shocked and disappointed by the content of the video.”

Jacobs said Isaac was placed on administrative leave as district officials investigate the incident.

“The song, in itself, was, in a way, a parody,” Nigel Isaac told WFXG. “If they have a problem with the content after he already got permission, then that’s me.”

OP4 said “the common ground is I do believe the song is a little bit vulgar.”

The aspiring rapper, who graduated from John S. Davidson Fie Arts Magnet School in 2015, contends the video is a commentary on the rap industry, and the shock value artists are forced to create to get attention.

“It specifies that it doesn’t really matter what I say as long as there’s a good beat behind it,” he said. “As long as you guys are already hooked from the beginning to the end.”

OP4 doesn’t seem concerned about the controversy.

“There’s no such thing as bad publicity,” he said. “I’m focused on the now, and growing us as a band, and making sure we ride this wave as far as we can.”

The video’s producer, Pierre “Liquid Smoke” Luke, also told WRDW the group gained permission from school officials to record “No F****” on campus.

“We had full permission as far as I know,” he said, “from the principal on down.”

“The students signed the releases,” said Luke, who confirmed some students in the video are under 18 years old.

A district spokesman told WRDW he could neither confirm nor deny whether the school’s principal gave permission for OP4 to shoot the video at the school.

Benjamin Isaac, who has won the school’s teacher of the year title multiple times, has relentlessly promoted his son’s video on Facebook throughout the ordeal.

“Here it is everyone … OP4 ‘No F****’ If you ‘Like’, please ‘share’ also … Sometimes it’s FREE to support!!!” he posted on Jan. 6.

“I happen to know for a fact that this song embodies a sentiment felt all over the world at this moment in time,” Isaac wrote the next day. “Therefore listening and sharing can be cathartic (look it up ….Lol!) ‘Share’ … ‘Share’ …’Share’…”

“I know it’s not a cute cat video, but damn … ‘SHARE’, and then tell YOUR friends to ‘SHARE,’” he posted Jan. 8. “Then encourage them to encourage THEIR friends to ‘SHARE’ … and so on … and so on.”

On Jan. 9:

“Don’t EVER try to come at me for promoting my son’s dream!!! #GetaLife #FindSomeBusinessToMind #JudgementalPeopleHaveLowkeyBadAssKidsAnyway!!! Having said that, PLEASE LIKE AND SHARE MY SON’S VIDEO!!!”

T.W. Josey parent Monique Braswell told WRDW she doesn’t like the lewd video, but doesn’t think Benjamin Isaac deserves to be fired.

“He’s a good guy. He loves kids. He is very powerful in a lot of kids lives and I just think the location was just wrong,” she said. “I don’t think that he should be in this all by himself.”
