HENRICO COUNTY, Va. – A high school teacher has been busted by an amateur sleuth who thought he was taking photos up his wife’s skirt.

John Wiggins was arrested by Henrico police and accused of taking inappropriate photos of two women at a Short Pump, Virginia Walmart.

One of the alleged victims claims, “Wiggins dropped a box of pasta on the floor as a distraction – and as an excuse for him to reach down to get closer to the floor and into the perfect spot to snap a pic,” CBS 6 reports.

“It started in the shampoo department and that’s when it happened the first time,” she says. “I just turned the aisle and he looked directly at me and I felt his guilt.”

After the incident, the woman’s husband began following Wiggins around the store — both with cell phone cameras in hand.

The husband claims Wiggins bent down as another woman reached for something in the spice aisle.

He says this picture is evidence of what Wiggins was doing.

“I definitely haven’t worn a dress out shopping — and I don’t know when I’ll do that again,” she says.

Wiggins was reportedly a teacher’s aide at Clover Hill High School.

“He didn’t really say much, he would just sit in the back,” according to Jayla Boyd, a student at the school.

“He doesn’t need to be around children at all,” Tamara Wynn, a Clover Hill parent says. “He needs to get some help.”

Wiggins’ daughter agrees.

“My dad is obviously struggling with mental illness. My family and I are being affected greatly by this situation,” she tells the news station.

The teacher, whom the district says is no longer employed there, now faces two counts of “upskirting,” which is a misdemeanor.
