INVER GROVE HEIGHTS, Minn. – Police say Krista Ann Muccio wasn’t just giving middle school students heaping helpings of fruits and vegetables, but also a side of nude pics of herself.

The 41-year-old Inver Grove Heights middle school lunch lady is accused of sending explicit photos to a 15-year-old student.

A criminal complaint states Muccio sent the boy pictures showing “a close up of a female’s genitals,” bare breasts, as well as “a close up [of] the female’s backside wearing a thong” using an Instagram account, according to Fox 9.

The boy’s father became suspicious when he found the photos in a “recently deleted” album on the student’s iPad.

Her initial contact with the student was a photo of a female in a bathing suit.

When questioned by police during the execution of search warrant, Muccio allegedly admitted to sending the boy “stuff online” and “girls in bikinis.”

She claims the student sent her a picture of his genitals first and she didn’t reciprocate.

But the alleged evidence indicates otherwise.

From the criminal complaint (identifying the student as XX):

Officers found that on November 25, 2014, at approximately 7:00 p.m., XX and Defendant had sexually explicit conversations during which XX [aka, the student] asked Defendant to send him a picture. Officers found that on November 26, 2014, between 3:24 a.m. and 5:38 a.m., XX and Defendant engaged in a sexually explicit conversation during which Defendant sent three pictures of herself to XX; and XX sent one picture of himself to Defendant. During these conversations, Defendant described how she would perform oral sex on XX.

ABC 5 reports Muccio is charged with “possession of pornographic work involving minors and communication with a minor describing sexual conduct” — both felonies.

“Allegations of this nature are very troubling and can have negative emotional and psychological impacts on the minor victims involved,” says Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom.

Inver Grove Heights Community Schools wouldn’t answer questions about Muccio’s employment status.
