BERKELEY, Calif. – In a June 29 Facebook post by Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor and now a University of California-Berkeley economics professor, he writes: “The moral crisis of our age has nothing to do with gay marriage or abortion; it’s insider trading, obscene CEO pay, wage theft from ordinary workers, Wall Street’s continued gambling addiction, corporate payoffs to friendly politicians, and the billionaire takeover of our democracy.”

According to the university website, Reich earned $242,613 in 2013 and is scheduled to teach one class in the 2014 fall semester and four classes in the 2014 spring semester.
